Smokey Bones is a beautiful blue-eyed long hair male that loves to be where the action is in the household. He is outgoing and loves constant companionship. He especially bonds with the male in the household and likes to sit on their lap. Bones likes to be pet on the head, ears and chin but does not like to be brushed. He is smart and always looks forward to his meal times in the morning and late afternoon. Everyone who sees him comments on his striking good looks.

Our home environment is quiet because we are 2 mature adult professionals who work from home with no children.

We have been married for 12 years and have 2 adult children and 1 grandchild. We live in Ft. Lauderdale FL because we love the ocean, scuba diving and golf. We adopted our 2 cats 5 years ago because we knew we would love their companionship and it would make our house a home.
Smokey Bones’s Favorite Toys, Foods, Activities?
Bones likes playing ball by rolling a golf ball back and forth with you on the floor. He likes sitting and sleeping next to you on the couch and occasionally climbing onto your lap. He loves his soft food meals; one when you get up in the morning and another at 4:00. He knows when it is 4:00 and will come and find you to remind you it’s time. He is an indoor cat but likes going out in the garage or outside in the courtyard if you are with him.

Why is Smokey Bones Being Rehomed?
My husband and I are retiring and moving from a 3 story townhome into a 28′ Airstream trailer and going RVing full time across the country. The trailer is too small for animals and would not be a good or safe environment for our cats.
Smokey Bones’s Perfect Adoptive Home Will Be:
Bones is very content in our home so ideally we would like to see him in a similar all adult home. No children preferred.
