Hi, My name is Gus!
I am a cute little Pomeranian mix. I am neutered, up to date on my shots and very healthy.
I am the sort of dog that makes people smile. I am just a small little guy – 12 pounds soaking wet. My coat is short and black and I have incredibly expressive deep brown eyes.
I’m a little bit older (11), but little dogs live long lives, so I have lots of love, joy and laughter yet to offer. I am very friendly and love to be around people, cats and other dogs.
Like most dogs my size and age, I am not a big fan of small children. They pull my ears and tail, make a lot of noise and are really unpredictable. I would much prefer to be the cherished companion of a retired person or couple.
I love to play and go on short walks, but I can also get plenty of exercise just following you around the house. I am very affectionate and absolutely love my tummy rubs and chin scratches.
I am being rehomed by my owners, who are very sad to have to make this difficult decision. They must make a move to a small apartment, and dogs are just not allowed. They are dearly hoping to find me a wonderful new home where I will be cherished, and kept safe, happy and healthy.
I am a very good little dog. I am house-broken, well behaved and a real little charmer. Please offer me a home today – and let’s play!

Our home is for sale. We will be in an apartment for awhile when it sells. We can’t take him.

Gus is a MinPin Pomeranian mix. Very affectionate. Likes to go outside and bark at the wind, then come right back in where you are. He has been reliably house trained.
