Hi, My name is Lucy the Lab!

Gorgeous purebred yellow Labrador Retreiver for adoption in Houston. 2 years old, spayed, healthy. Supplies included.

What a gorgeous young dog I am! I am a healthy, happy 2 year old female Yellow Labrador Retriever. I am spayed, up to date on my shots and very healthy. I am not too big – and not too small – I weigh 50 pounds.

I am about the sweetest dog you will?ever meet – the perfect family dog. I love to play and like to stay active.

My story is really sad. My owner died, and even though a provision was left for me in the will, the family placed me in?a kill shelter. (You know what they say… “You can pick your nose, you can pick your friends, but you can’t pick your family!”)

Thankfully I was rescued in time by the Great Dane Rescue of Southeast Texas, who have asked Pet Pros Services to help find the perfect forever home for me.

My perfect new home will be with a family who will love me unconditionally, give me lots of time and attention, and provide me with structure, playtime and exercise. I am a really good jumper, so a tall fence in the back yard is an absolute must-have.

I love kids, and get along with dogs and cats, too. Please offer me a forever home today and help turn my very sad story into a happy ending. I can’t wait to wiggle my way into your heart!

Love, Lucy the Lab
