I agree to provide care from this day forward to my new pet. This includes adequate food, water, exercise, shelter, veterinary care, and lots of love. The pet will be kept in the house and will not be tethered outside.
I agree never to sell, trade, give away or surrender the pet to any person or agency without giving prior notice to the owner and Pet Pros Services.
I agree that the owner will have first option of reclaiming the pet.
I agree that the rehoming/adoption fee is non-refundable and there is no reimbursement if the adoption does not work out. I further agree that I must immediately contact Pet Pros Services and/or the owner in this event. I further agree to house and care for my new pet until a suitable replacement home can be found, in the event that I am unable to fulfill my commitment as detailed in this contract.
I agree that all expenses incurred after I take possession of pet will be my sole responsibility and the owner is released from any and all liabilities whether financially or other.
I agree to immediately notify the owner and Pet Pros Services if my address or other contact information should change.
I agree to participate in post-adoption pet well-being checks and further understand that the staff Pet Pros Services will call me to ensure my pet is being well cared for.
I agree to remain in contact with the owner should they desire this, and periodically send photos and updates on my pet's well-being and adjustment to it's new home.
